Connect to your Project Zomboid server

Your Qubesquad Project Zomboid server keeps a persistent co-op save your group can return to.

Find your address and port

1. Open your server at panel.qubesquad.com.
2. Click the address at the top to open Connection details.
3. Copy the address and port — for example your-server.qubesquad.net:16261.

Join the server

1. Launch Project Zomboid and choose Join.
2. Select the Favorites tab, then Add Server (or Edit an existing entry).
3. Enter your IP/address and Port from the dashboard, plus a name.
4. If the server has a password, enter it here.
5. Save, select the server, enter your account name, and click Save & Join.

Mods have to match

If your server runs Workshop mods, every player must be subscribed to the same mods on Steam. A mismatch is the number-one reason a join fails.

It won’t connect?

• Server offline — check the dashboard status pill and press Start.
• “Connection refused” — double-check the port; Project Zomboid is fussy about it.
• Mod errors on join — subscribe to the exact Workshop mods the server uses, then restart your game.
